Since 2007, Norio has been the owner of RareGroove, a record store in Shinsaibashi, Osaka. RareGroove is known for its deep and wide selection of disco, psychedelic rock, new age music, and house music, attracting DJs and music lovers from Japan and abroad. Norio also regularly holds pop-up stores featuring Japanese music in California and other countries.
